Starting at 3:00 pm until all groups has been registered. Upon registering, you will receive a packet containing an armband for each registered attendee.
The armband is your admission to each service. An armband is necessary even for you to wear. Your identification lanyard is not sufficient to get you into the conference. Arena doors will open one hour before service begins and seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not attempt to save seats.

Remember: Doors open 1 hour before the services begin. Some groups line up 2 hours in advance for premium seating.
This year, we will again host a FREE Leadership Training on Saturday from 10:00-11:35 a.m. in the main Worship Area. We encourage every group leader and at least one of your “key” leaders to attend. Pastor Israel Campbell will give you insights into youth ministry that will challenge you. If you’re not comfortable leaving your students, load them up and bring them too. Pastor Israel can hold their attention, as well as yours.
T-SHIRTS
$12.00 each. These are souvenirs everyone loves to take home, and we normally sell out fast. Don’t forget to remind your group to bring some extra money to purchase theirs! All products will be sold at the Shabbach merchandise tables in the exhibit area.
WATER BAPTISM
We are so excited to be allowing the students the opportunity to be baptized for the first time or again! This will occur after the Saturday morning training session! If you have students wanting to participate in this please make arrangements for them to be there! Tentatively this will be set for Saturday around 12ish following the Pastors Training sessions! Watch for more details to follow at the Conference.
2012 SHABBACH BOOTCAMP
If you are looking for something to take your students, yourself and your leaders to a deeper level of leadership and in their Christian walk, Bootcamp is for you! This is designated for students/adults wanting to grow in leadership, anointing, giftings and discipleship! This will be held in Oct of 2012 and you don’t want to miss this!
